Cancellation Policy

We understand that appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled however to assist with people waiting for an appointment there is a 48 hour notice of cancellation required

If you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation, 50% of the full fee will be charged

If you fail to give 24 hours of cancellation or for non-attendance, 100% of the full fee will be charged
